To send a quote without eSignature, when you are in the quote, under the signature & payment page, choose:
- Include Space for a written signature
- Stripe - Payment Option
Your customer will still receive the quote, as per usual, except, they cannot electronically sign the agreement. They will have the option to make their payment online. This is the same process as you have experienced in Bus Hive.
